We Have Moved! We are proud to announce that we have moved our offices to 4238 Spotswood Trail Penn Laird, VA 22846 - We are pleased to announce that Mulberry Court is complete!
- Mather Architects has been awarded the contract for a new 50,000 square foot Hampton Inn to be built in Covington, Virginia.
- Mather Architects has been awarded a contract for the expansion of the Luray Rescue Squad!
- Mather Architects has completed the preliminary drawings for a new 49,000 square foot Suburban Hotel & Suites located in Stafford, Virginia
- Mather Architects will be once again working with Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg to assist them with a Dining Facilities Study!
- While construction continues on White Hill Church and work begins on 43rd Street we have been working hard on the designs of several new projects which include Hampton Inn Covington, The Suburban Hotel in Stafford, a new office for Dr. Klamut in Harrisonburg as well as an exciting addition to the James River Grille at Westminster Canterbury in Lychburg!
- Development continues on the 43rd Street Townhouses! White Hill Church is progressing well and we look forward to posting photos of their progress soon.
- Mather Architects is working with Hine Turner, LLC on a new 51 unit town home development on 43rd Street in Norfolk.

- Mulberry Court in Culpeper is nearing completion in September. The underground parking, exterior stone and steel balcony structures are in place. Painting the interior has begun and soon the steel cable railing will be installed around then decks
- The White Hill Church began work on a new addition at a breaking ground ceremony on Sunday, June 14
- Books-A-Million in the Valley Mall is now open!
- We have been hired to renovate an independent living duplex at Bridgewater Retirement Community. Renovations will include combining the two units into one larger, more marketable, unit. Spaces will be opened up and will include a large kitchen, great room, laundry room, master bedroom, master bath, walk in closet and garage.
- Harman Residence super-insulated walls and heavy timber roof structure are in place
- The Massanutten Police Station nears completion
- Mather Architects is working pro-bono in the community on a new deck for Our Community Place
- Mather Architects awarded contract by Rappahannock County Public Schools
- New Jack Brown's Restaurant now open
- New Massanutten Resort Police Station to open in May
