| This project involves the collaboration of Old Dominion University and the City of Newport News and features 51 new townhomes on 43rd Street, directly across from the ODU campus. Thirteen of the homes will be designated as “workforce housing” which will be sold only to the City’s firefighters, teachers and police officers. There will be five different models which will be grouped in clusters of four. All homes will have two stories and garages. The architectural style mirrors and compliment that which is found in the Norfolk area. HineTurner, LLC was selected to construct the project.
