| The new Mulberry Court Condominiums complex has three stories above main grade and features a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom customizable living units. These upscale condos range in size from 924 square feet to 2,400 square feet. The phase one building is served by an elevator and stairs that connect all three floors of living units with an underground parking facility. Each individual unit has a private balcony or deck. Mulberry Court also features a community room with a full kitchen for its residents to hold larger family functions in phase two.
The exterior of the building will feature an attractive combination of HardiePlank siding, stone veneer and stucco finishes. Barrel vault and reverse shed roofs will cover the third floor balconies to create a contemporary look and feel for the building. The main courtyard in front of the building will be fully landscaped featuring a gazebo and a modern water feature.
